By working in an environment that values innovation, charter school teachers and staff have the opportunity to have a real impact on students and colleagues. Charter schools provide teachers with the freedom and flexibility to innovate to best meet their student's needs. Staff experience less bureaucracy, greater autonomy, and have the support of parents who help to discover fresh approaches to their student's education. And members of the community can be involved too, by volunteering or serving on our charter schools governing board.

As we all know housing in the bay area can have its downfalls, ATWRT has created a pilot program addressing the need of housing for our teachers and staff members, providing trade classes that will help combat this problem, students have the opportunity to build low-income housing at a glance.
